Okay Universe LLC (“Okay Universe”, “we”, “us”) operates okayuniverse.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use this site. Vercel collects anonymized page view and performance data. No personally identifiable information is stored. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.
Email list. If you join an Okay Universe, shop, or COMPLICATED email list, we collect the email address you submit, the signup source, and basic timestamps so we can send release notices, drop alerts, and requested updates. You can ask us to delete or export this information at any time.
OKAY/TRAIN local workout data
OKAY/TRAIN currently stores workout information locally in your browser/device using localStorage. This can include plan progress, dates, sets, reps, weights, completed exercise flags, session timers, reset state, export timestamps, and related training notes. This information is not cloud-synced by Okay Universe unless a future version clearly introduces account-based sync and explains the new data model before use.
You can export, import, reset, or delete OKAY/TRAIN data from the training interface. Local deletion removes data from the browser/device you are using; it does not affect other browsers, devices, backups, or data you previously exported.
Okay Health iOS app
Okay Health, our iPhone app (the native OKAY/TRAIN app), stores all training data — plans, sets, reps, weights, trophies, bodyweight, and mile times — locally on your device. The app has no account system, makes no network connections, and contains no analytics or third-party SDKs. We collect nothing through the app; its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.” The website analytics and email-list sections above apply to this website only, not to the app. Sharing and export features send data only where you explicitly choose to send it.
Data retention and deletion
To remove any personal data we hold from our systems, email info@okayuniverse.com with the subject “Delete my data.” We will process the request within 30 days. This applies to residents of the EU (GDPR), California (CCPA), and anywhere else applicable law grants a right of deletion.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics does not set cookies. Some interactive site features use browser storage for user-requested local functionality, including OKAY/TRAIN workout progress and certain easter-egg/personalization surfaces. You can clear this from your browser settings or from the relevant feature's data controls.
Third-party services
This site embeds content from Spotify (player embeds) and links to third-party streaming platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date above.
