How long will my project take?
We do not promise a fixed turnaround at checkout. After the files are reviewed, we communicate a project date based on the queue and what the song needs. Ask us before buying if you are working toward a deadline.
What happens right after I pay?
Shopify sends the order receipt, and Okay Universe uses the checkout email to confirm the project and file handoff. Make sure that address is current and monitored.
What counts as one revision round?
One revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable notes within the original project scope. A new arrangement, replacement recordings, new stems, or a new creative direction can require a separate quote.
Can I book more than one song?
Yes. The listed price covers one song. Email info@okayuniverse.com before purchasing a multi-song project so the scope and handoff can be confirmed.
Do you take ownership or points?
No. This is a flat-rate engineering service. You retain your rights in the music and final deliverables, provided that you have the rights and clearances for everything you submit.
Can I cancel?
Contact us immediately. A service canceled before work begins may be refunded. Once work has begun, a refund can be reduced or unavailable based on the work already performed and applicable law. Full terms are linked above.
